CORE PACKAGE

£50

Our low-cost Core Employment Law Package

from

plus vat per month depending on number of employees

This provides you as an employer with access to a dedicated phone and email service that offers advice and answers to queries on all matters of employment law/HR. This service is operated and led by Iain Burke at Borders Employment Law and is unlimited during normal business hours.

 

There is no contract tie in and it can be terminated on one month’s notice.

EMPLOYMENT LAW HEALTH CHECK

£450

plus vat

from

This a comprehensive review of your employment contracts and policies and includes the provision of updated contracts and policies if necessary. The review will be carried out by Iain Burke and is charged at £450 and if new contracts and policies are provided it is £650, both plus Vat.

 

PREMIUM AND PLATINUM PACKAGES - FREE EMPLOYMENT LAW HEALTH CHECK *

 

* There is an option on both the Premium and Platinum Packages to add in a comprehensive Employment Law Health Check at no extra cost, for those employers who commit to a 12-month contract.

We offer help, advice and protection on the following issues:

Our Premium Employment Law Package

This includes all of the benefits of the Core package but includes calls and emails at evenings until 10pm and at weekends too. This service is again operated and led by Iain Burke at Borders Employment Law.

 

It also includes the drafting of letters and advice on conducting disciplinary, grievance, capability or absence management procedures.

 

There is no contract tie in and it can be terminated on one month's notice.  

 

* FREE Employment Law Health Check worth £450 for those clients who invest in a 12 month Premium or Platinum Package.

PLATINUM PACKAGE

£150

plus vat per month depending on number of employees

Our Platinum Employment Law Package 

from

Our Platinum Package offers all of the Premium features and benefits outlined above but also includes the ability if you wish for me to conduct disciplinary meetings, protected conversations and updates on changes in the law as well as twice yearly meetings if required to review matters with you in person.  

 

Again, there is no contract tie in and it can be terminated on one month's notice.

PAY AS YOU GO

PAY as and when required

Full representation at everything from Tribunals to Mediation can be provided on a straight forward pay as you go basis, as and when required.
